Bill started investing in real estate in 1998, being inspired by authors John Schaub and George Clason. Today, he owns a diversified portfolio of short-term, mid-term and long term residential and commercial real estate. Bill is a believer in buy-hold and value add investing philosophy. Focusing on select suburban markets, he has been able to consistently capitalize on opportunities to acquire properties that produce significant cash flow and value appreciation.
