Kayla Holland is a property manager based out of Newark, DE. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of residential and commercial properties located in the Mid-Atlantic region. She and her husband, Bill, are active real estate investors with a buy-hold forever strategy. She has become more active in the furnished rental business in the past few years and enjoys the hospitality aspect of medium-term rentals.

With more than five years of property management experience, Kayla has managed all types of commercial properties with strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. She is responsible for initiating work order requests, direct communication with tenants, oversight of the accounts receivable and payable functions, applicant review, lease prep, and networking with investors and other stakeholders.
